Please note: The $50 charge is for the physician requisition (or order) for the blood testing. Lab testing is separate and subject to the lab facility's contract with your health plan. Most major labs are in-network with most policies.

Where can I get testing done?

You can go to a local Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp or testing facility. Don’t want to go to a lab or prefer a home testing kit? Don’t worry, we can have a home test kit sent directly to your house and review the results with you during a Fertility Consultation.

What happens after my test is done?

You can schedule a fertility consultation or evaluation with Dr. Wolff to review your results to learn about where to go from here. The fee for ordering your baseline test can be applied towards a fertility consultation or evaluation.
