It is not a stretch to say that Erin is one of the most accomplished researchers in the field of fertility medicine. From basic science experiments utilizing stem cells, to translating these research advances at NIH and Yale, to assessing how new techniques fare in the world of clinical medicine, Erin has done it all.

Dr. Barbara Stegmann is an experienced MD/PhD in women's health research who has worked as a clinical lead for Organon and director of women's health research for Merck. She is currently a healthcare consultant for Pharma and Femtech and works as an REI and wellness physician. Dr. Stegmann has triple board certifications and has authored over 45 scientific publications, and she is a fellow with the American College of OB/GYN and the Aerospace Medical Society, among other professional affiliations.
Dr. Taylor received his Ph.D. in Genetics from University of Kent in England. He is a board-certified lab director from the American Associates of Bioanalysis and serves as our lab director for both andrology and embryology. He has over 15 years of experience and has worked at labs in Atlanta and Philadelphia.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and her Master of Biomedical Science from Colorado State University in 2018. She worked as an embryologist at REACH in Charlotte, NC, for four years, during which time she helped develop a safe and efficient method for thawing embryos in the IVF lab.
