Modern Fertility

Here’s how it works:

• Head to www.modernfertility.com to purchase a test. You may use your HSA/FSA debit card or submit a receipt for reimbursement instead of paying out-of-pocket if you have an HSA/FSA account. The discount will automatically be applied upon check out.
• You’ll test with a simple finger prick by placing 3-4 drops of blood onto a test card. Then you’ll pop the kit in the mail in a pre-paid envelope. 
• Once the sample is processed in the Modern Fertility lab, returned to you in a personalized dashboard. We also receive a copy of your results and will schedule a follow up consultation. Please consent to sharing your results with us when you receive that email from Modern Fertility. 
• Within the Modern Fertility experience you’ll see reports on important conditions and topics such as PCOS and early onset menopause, digital tools to help you plan your reproductive health, access to the Modern Community, frequent webinars with fertility doctors on topics like ovulation and birth control, and more.
