Pelex directly submits all claims to your insurance carrier for payment or reimbursement of any eligible out-of-network expenses.

Each insurance plan is unique. Pelex will collect a small upfront deposit to secure your appointment and a member from our team will verify your eligibility and benefits to discuss pricing. We will use that deposit towards any out of pocket obligations you may have after your claim processes.

Our services are FSA and HSA eligible; we can provide the correct paperwork for filing these with your carrier.
