Pelex directly submits all claims to your insurance carrier for payment or reimbursement of any eligible out-of-network expenses.

Each insurance plan is unique. Pelex will collect a small upfront deposit to secure your appointment, which will be used towards any out of pocket obligations you may have after your insurance claim is processed.

Our services are FSA and HSA eligible; we can provide the correct paperwork for filing these with your carrier.
