You can go to a local Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp or testing facility with a physician’s order. Prefer a semen analysis or genetic carrier screening at home? Don’t worry, you can have a home test kit sent directly to your house and we will review the results with you during a Fertility Consultation.
Please be aware that these fees pertain to the physician requisition for blood testing or imaging procedures. These charges are distinct and contingent upon the agreement between the lab or imaging facility and your health plan.
